Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Anchor Points handled the project from discovery through deployment. They began by conducting workshops with our stakeholders to understand operational challenges and customer expectations. Based on these findings, they created wireframes, user journeys, and a complete design system. The development phase included building native mobile experiences, backend integrations, customer authentication, push notifications, shipment tracking functionality, support ticket management, and analytics dashboards. They also integrated our existing logistics systems and customer databases to ensure seamless data flow between platforms. Key deliverables included: Complete UI/UX design package Customer mobile application for iOS and Android Backend infrastructure and API integrations Real-time shipment tracking features Customer support communication tools User testing and quality assurance reports Deployment support and launch assistance Post-launch maintenance documentation

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The mobile application launched successfully and was adopted quickly by our customer base. Customer support teams reported a noticeable reduction in routine tracking inquiries because users could access shipment information directly within the app. Internal teams also benefited from more efficient communication processes and improved visibility into delivery activities. Customer feedback following launch highlighted the application's ease of use, intuitive navigation, and reliability. The platform has become a core component of our digital service offering and continues to support our expansion efforts across multiple European regions.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was one of the strongest aspects of the engagement. The team maintained clear communication from the beginning and established realistic milestones that were consistently met. Weekly progress meetings helped keep stakeholders informed, while detailed reports provided visibility into development status and upcoming deliverables. Whenever new requirements emerged, Anchor Points evaluated them carefully and provided practical recommendations rather than simply agreeing to every request. Their responsiveness gave us confidence that the project was moving in the right direction. Deliverables were provided according to schedule, and any issues discovered during testing were addressed quickly and professionally.

What was your primary form of communication with Erbo?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their ability to combine expertise with an understanding of business objectives. Many development firms focus exclusively on coding, but Anchor Points consistently approached decisions from both a technical and commercial perspective. Their team took time to understand how our operations worked and suggested improvements that enhanced the final product beyond our initial requirements. They were also highly transparent throughout the engagement, making complex technical concepts easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Erbo could have done differently?

Overall, our experience was extremely positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be providing more extensive onboarding materials immediately after launch. While they supplied documentation and training sessions, additional video-based tutorials for administrative users would have accelerated adoption for some internal departments. That said, the team remained available whenever assistance was required and addressed questions promptly.
