      We have weekly status calls and daily stand-ups. Zudu uses Slack and Trello boards to keep me up-to-date and take me through every step of the process. They had a dedicated project manager for development of the site and a couple of business analysts to understand the business process. This helped Zudu understand how to translate the requirements into a user-friendly story. They used Agile, and they were quite clear with me from the beginning. I'd say, “Look, this is what my expectation is,” and they’d say, “Look, these are the things that we can do within a certain timeline.” At the beginning, they told me, “Look, we need to be kind of flexible because these are projections. We are aiming for this date, but if it takes longer, it can. In the end, we’ll still meet the deadline.” Everything kind of balanced out.
