We had a preliminary consultation during this zoom call where they asked me a few questions to get an idea of what I wanted. They then sent me a link for a very detailed questionnaire to get the design started. After they went over the questionnaire they would then email me any further questions they had (very few since the questionnaire was so detailed). After that, they set up another zoom call to walk me through what they set up for me as a domain, customized email, and google workspace.
