Please describe your company and your position there.

AZPRO is a large format printing company in the West Valley of Phoenix. Are niches are retail signage and vehicle fleet graphics. I serve as the marketing specialist and oversee all aspects of digital marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire SCM Marketing Solutions, and what were your goals?

We were looking to scale not only our brand presence on Google and social media, but attempting to scale our revenue as well. We were looking for an agency that would provide fast and consistent results.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our search was based on finding an agency that had a good reputation for results, customer service, and transparent reporting.

SCM took the necessary time needed to understand exactly what services we offered and our target market. From the information they gathered, they put together a local and national strategy to help us attract gold list clients. Our key deliverables included new business and increased branding through Google and social media.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with several SCM representatives, including their owner, Derek, who was more than happy to get involved when needed. Rachael, our account manager, was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We also had access to their team of content providers who helped with blog writing. Derek also personally designed our website and set up so that it was optimized for the Google Algorithm, and it turned out amazing! We get tons of positive feedback about it!

Throughout our time with SCM they helped us attract a number of new clients and we saw steady improvement on our Google positioning.

You can't find an agency that is going to be more responsive or timely with their execution of objectives. They felt like they were part of our company, and even became friends. They were very personable, down-to-earth, and willing to always go the extra mile for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

While they are professional and knowledgeable about their craft, the main takeaway we got from working with SCM is the effort they put into our account. It was hard not notice the amount of work they put in to make us happy, and more importantly successful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that comes to mind. They followed through on everything they said they were going to do and their prices were more than reasonable for what they deliver on.
