Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an office manager / project manager / etc of a very small company that sells hand carved stone items like fountains, statues, benches, fireplace surrounds, etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Accurate Digital Solutions?

Our website was very slow, had lots of large photos in it, and a very high bounce rate. It was made previously by a marketing company, that didn't really specialize in Web design / functional coding, but rather how it looked visually. And it didn't work for us anymore..

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew Robert from school several years ago, and knew how smart and detail-oriented he was in class, and from that - thought he would do a good job for us. And also as a small business owner himself as well, I thought he would be more in tune with our needs than the last company was.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

He basically took the look of our prior website, and made it over again, but with more correct coding than our last website, as well as greatly increasing the speed of the page loads, and therefore also helping with the bounce rate - for people that probably thought our site was broken before.

Also, he added a feature at the bottom right, that potential customers to talk to me in a chat window, to ask questions without having to send an email. And lastly, they also took over our PayPerClick campaign, and have been massaging keywords every couple of months, to make sure we were getting a lot of bang for our buck that way.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Typically we were talking to Robert most of the time (for coding reasons), and sometimes (1) other contact named Muhammad (who works more on the PPC campaign on Google, and analytics.)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Robert taught me how to watch the Google Analytics page, and it's obvious people are clicking on the ads he's putting out, as I can see it live as they are clicking things on our website. And our bounce rate seems to be MUCH lower than that it always was during the prior marketing company running our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Robert and I work very well together, and he's always available whenever I need him. He's always very approachable and happy to help though.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How responsive/easy to contact Robert always has been throughout the years. Gotta love technology!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope. Everything is great! (It is a huge website, with probably about 1000 pages after you take into account all of our products/blog posts - so it took some time to get done, but that's all to be expected.

What challenge were you trying to address with Accurate Digital Solutions?

We’ve used them for two different projects. The first was a website redesign to bring in new members and make us look more modern and engaging to the public. Then, we kept them on an ongoing basis for SEO work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Accurate Digital Solutions has helped us build a completely new website and online presence. First, they did a custom WordPress site and taught us how to use and edit the backend. They began by asking questions about what we were looking for and bringing different examples to the table. Then, they helped us embed some of our custom platforms and integrate our CRM, which includes our membership directory and application process.

For our SEO, they already had some standard words to work on, and they write blog posts regularly to help drive them up.

What is the team composition?

Our primary contact is Robert (CEO), who is the owner and founder of the company. We’ve also worked with Muhammad (Digital Marketing Specialist), who has done some digital and technical backend work.

They’ve been our partners since the launch of our organization. We use them because we know and trust them, and they understand our work.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent more than $20,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them on and off since August 2016, and they’re still doing our SEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve helped us reach new customers and donors, and we’ve seen tremendous growth in visits to the site and engagement. More people are coming in, and even if they don’t know how they stumbled upon us, we can track it on the backend and know where they’re coming from.

Additionally, Accurate Digital Solutions has been thoughtful throughout the whole process. They hear our needs and exceed them. The website is a one-stop-shop for our members, and they’ve focused on navigating all the technical work for us. We have a strong partnership with them.

How did Accurate Digital Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been absolutely fantastic. The team is thorough and detailed. They’ve laid out the plan, deadlines, and deliverables, and they’ve met all of them.

We communicate through emails and conference calls, and they keep us well informed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We interact directly with the company owner, so we’re not going through a bunch of low-level staff and trying to navigate that. We’ve got the commitment of the senior leader of the organization to deliver the highest quality product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. We’ve had a great experience. We keep seeing results month after month, and we feel supported by them.
