Project started with design thinking, information architect, content development, website wireframe, and mock-ups.

We worked with total 5 people. CTO, Project Manger, UX UI, and Developers.

Our entire team is extremely happy with the end result and team.

They used their custom PMS and all of the team members were involved in the entire project. Great communication project was delivered timely.

They used their unique methodology that included Thinking Innovation Methodology, Business Modeling, and Creative Thinking Techniques.

Life Navigators is a nonprofit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families.

We hired them to outsource our social media to grow our digital presence and add a few more social media outlets. We also hired them for a website redesign. Project goals were to increase accessibility and SEO.

We found them through a google search and met with them to see if it would be the right fit for social media. Since we already had a great experience working with them on social media, we decided to have them manage our website redesign as well.

DesignsTouch works with us to design, schedule and post our social media. They post on six different social media outlets about once a day. For our website, they added accessibility plugins and SEO features. We used WordPress.

Our main account manager was/is Nim, and he worked with numerous staff on the backend of our website. We also work with an additional social media expert.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Many visitors/followers comment on how they enjoy our social media and new website design! Our reach on both has grown significantly since using DesignsTouch.

We work through Trello to send social media content to DesignTouch. We send a majority of information for each month about a week ahead of time, and then send additional content throughout the month. For our website, we met with our main contact once a week to go over updates.

DesignsTouch was very personable and willing to work with our unique needs!

There's nothing they need to improve on.

My company is a small consulting firm that works with Local and State Government on projects. My company also works with small business start ups and current small to medium size businesses connecting them to a number of things they need. I am the president/ owner of the company.

They set up a domain, customized email, google workspace, Logo, slogan, business cards, and templates for me to use on other company documents for future use. They also went above and beyond and consulted/ coached me on best business practices as an added bonus to being a client of theirs. They also gave me the best Search engine optimization as a part of my package.

How did you select this vendor?

I was referred to them from other people who have worked with them and gave them great reviews in the past. I also have seen some of their work that they did for other non-profits, local municipalities and other small businesses in my area. After a quick consultation and discussion with them I knew they were the right people to assist me.

They first helped me narrow down what exactly I wanted to focus on since I was still a bit overwhelmed with structuring the services I wanted to offer. They then designed a logo for me that really captured the essence of what I was trying to do. They also walked me through the importance of branding and created a Slogan for me that was also included in the logo, which I loved. They then established a domain for me, and set me up on google workspace. They walked me through the importance of having all of these things as to be a professional new start up.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the Owners I believe. I worked with Nim on the consulting pieces and worked with Josh on refining the logo. Nim also walked me through how to use my domain, customized email and google workspace.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I get such traffic on my facebook page and get lots of clients due to the unique slogan that they gave me. I have been told by people who have gotten my card that the "slogan says in all" when it comes to what my business is about. It is great to hear that and makes my business very transparent in what I am seeking to accomplish.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was simple and effective. We had scheduled Zoom calls (due to covid). We had a preliminary consultation during this zoom call where they asked me a few questions to get an idea of what I wanted. They then sent me a link for a very detailed questionnaire to get the design started. After they went over the questionnaire they would then email me any further questions they had (very few since the questionnaire was so detailed). After that they set up another zoom call to walk me through what they set up for me as a domain, customized email and google workspace. After a 2 week period they sent me 3 beautiful but different drafts for what my logo was going to be. I choose the Logo I liked best and added a few requests on color and size. They completed that and sent me 2 more bonus examples that included a slogan that I had not even requested. I loved it and asked them to add it. I paid and periodically they check in on me to see if I am ready to move on to any next products or services such as a website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism, knowledge on all things business and Marketing, and how convenient and easy the workflow was. They are truly experts in their field!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I honestly do not have any constructive feedback for them. I had no complaints. In fact they were so thorough and so easy to work with I would say that really have their process and structure down.

We had an idea of what we wanted our website to look and feel like, but we werent sure what exactly would be possible based on our budget. The goal was to create a website that not only portrayed how we were different than our competitors, but would be enticing for new lead generation.

After launching the site, we have received over 20 reviews and much positive feedback from those who viewed our site.

The length of this overall project took quite a bit longer than we had originally discussed. However, to be fair this was our first time going through a process like this and communication is a 2 way street.

Their willingness to provide an exquisite visual appearance of the overall site was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A little more information on how/why they are doing some of the SEO related things would have been nice when deciding on some of the keywords/phrases

What were your goals for this project?

Provide an overview of activities, goals and finances to our membership in the form of an annual report.

How did you select DesignsTouch?

They are a member of our chamber of commerce. They support community. And they were very willing to work within our budget.

The annual report was an 8-page booklet. Included some charts and specific copy. Needed to be designed and branding to match our other materials. Needed to be print ready and also able to be in digital format.

What was the team composition?

I oversaw the project as operations. One other staff member wrote the copy. The president helped with his vision of the report. We all did final editing for approval.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have no specific outcomes. But we were able to mail about 500 annual reports to our membership. The report is also available on our website in a digital format.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective because we are a small staff. It was easy to work with Designs Touch as we have a relationship with them already since they are member of our chamber of commerce.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Designs Touch asked great questions as we went from concept to the full design and then through the edits. They always repeated what they heard to be sure we were on the same page. It made the editing process very smooth.

Our goals for our social media are to build brand awareness, share community disability services information, engage our donors/volunteers/consumers/families, thank key partners and donors, share information on our services/events, raise funds for in kind support/online donations/event registrations.

Manage our social media including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube including posting daily content on each platform and creating monthly content calendars for review.

Nim is our account manager and Ved works directly on our social media. At times there are additional team members who assist with creating our content.

We have received a lot of great feedback from our followers that they love the content and designs that we are putting out on social media.

We are able to communicate daily on Trello with content updates and I am also able to call Nim whenever specific needs arise.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nim and his team are wonderful to work with!  They manage our social media platforms at Life Navigators and offer us a great nonprofit rate for their services.  When we first started working with them, they made sure to take the time to learn about our brand to ensure that they could adequately promote our services.  They continue making extra efforts to build their relationship with us and are always available when we need.  I highly recommend their team!

As with any new partnership, it took us some time in the beginning to become familiar with working together and utilizing the new project management software. However, DesignsTouch was in constant communication as we worked through the learning curve.
