Tech Turtle Websites & Marketing provided Wausau Area Property Management with a comprehensive website redesign, SEO, digital marketing, and lead-generation strategy. They rebuilt and optimized our website to better serve property owners and prospective tenants throughout Central Wisconsin while improving our visibility in Google search. The project included website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, conversion tracking, analytics, lead-generation improvements, landing pages, mobile optimization, and ongoing website support. They also helped structure our online presence around the property management services and Wisconsin markets we serve. A major focus of the project was turning our website into an actual lead-generation tool rather than simply an informational website. Tech Turtle improved the user experience, search visibility, conversion paths, and our ability to track inquiries and rental activity generated online.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Organic traffic grew from roughly 2,000 to about 11,000 monthly visits, while the improved website and search presence helped generate approximately 80–100 rental applications during strong 30-day periods.

They took the time to understand how a property management company operates, how prospective tenants and property owners use our website, and what we needed from our digital marketing and SEO strategy.
