Fluid Advertising was incredibly open to all of my suggestions and my criticisms, quite frankly. I provided them past information. I would have liked to see them not try and be creative about the verbiage and create their own stuff; I would have liked to see them just utilize what was implemented, but take a marketing spin on it. It's something that they improved on in time. I would have these conversations with them where I provided critical feedback, and they took it. Ultimately, they made it work, and I was satisfied with it.

There is a project manager, somebody assigned to handle my account personally, and there's somebody supervising them who always gets in touch with me. Another person takes care of the pay-per-click campaign, another person for the Web design. I've dealt with other companies that don’t have design that’s as professional as Scorpion. I think the programming is key. Their programmers are excellent. To me, the website design and the programming stands out the most. Whatever they do with SEO, we've been on page 1 of Google for a long time, is clearly the goal since users have to find the site.
