We are thrilled with Arctic Leaf's project management — all of our projects have been on-time and on-budget, and they've been great with helping us solve complex problems. There were several instances where it would have been time intensive and costly to replicate exactly what we had on our previous site, and they helped us find solutions that kept us on track, while still giving our clients the high-end experience they expect. Even when someone is out sick, or on vacation, there is always someone covering, and they are looped in on where things are at, and what needs to be done next. We have nothing bad to say! Arctic Leaf is on top of things — even when things haven't gone as expected (which inevitably happens sometimes), they are proactive, and always keep us in the loop.

The team has two offices, one in Ottawa and another in Los Angeles, so it’s been an easy process for us. In addition to our daily calls, Arctic Leaf Inc. uses an application called Teamwork that has an open window of everything they're doing when they’re doing it and how they’re doing it. I log in on an hourly basis to see what’s going on. Like everything else, there are delays that we have to deal with, but they are really good at having backups for all the critical issues. They’re very hands-on, doing a tremendous amount of internal discussion on how to enhance our product. Additionally, the team is very communicative and gives us suggestions on how to do things better.
