What challenge were you trying to address with VELOX?

I was looking for an SEO partner to help us improve our Google search rankings and drive traffic to our website to help increase business leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VELOX helped us target about 12 keywords, running Google AdWords and SEO campaigns in the process. They also provide backlinking services and create a decent amount of content for our website, making suggestions to our internal staff on how to update the site.

We work with a variety of staff, including a sales person and a few others who visit us more frequently on site to provide monthly reporting.

How did you come to work with VELOX?

I was looking for providers locally, so I'd have a chance to speak with them in person. We'd worked with a couple other vendors in the past, but weren't happy with their results. I heard of VELOX by word of mouth and thought they seemed highly capable after meeting with them. They grasped our niche market and terminology very quickly and were very responsive in getting back to us on any questions.

VELOX successfully put us on the first page of Google for many of our keywords. They even went out of their way to help us with additional keywords outside of the scope of work. Our current conversion rate is about 12% and our click rate is up by 2%.

How did VELOX perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very responsive overall. They provide monthly in-depth reporting in person and we also keep in touch daily through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response time is incredible; they perform all tasks in a very timely fashion and have a broad spectrum of knowledge across a range of markets.

Every month, they send a report about our rankings and promotions. A week later, they meet with our advertising and branding teams to discuss the next steps. They’re always timely, professional, and organized with their information.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their content and digital marketing suggestions. Whenever we make a decision about the website or new content, we always run it past them. They respond quickly to our inquiries and have been very helpful in that regard. Although they’re still a young company, they’ve done an excellent job.
