The next day, they apologized and said they completely understood if we wanted to let them go and that it was a complete oversight on his behalf. After that, they were awesome. Just be transparent. I believe that we were transparent with Rise all the way through on everything that we wanted to achieve. As a result, they gave all of that in spades.
