I’m a director of an immigration law firm based in London.

What challenge were you trying to address with eSolution Cloud?

With COVID-19 driving people to search out services virtually, we wanted to expand our online presence with a top-notch website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our site from scratch, contributing content and handling aesthetic aspects including logo design. To make sure it was compatible with mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers, they used a WordPress template when building the site.

What is the team composition?

I was in direct contact with two experts in web development and design. I’m not sure how many more of their team members were involved with the project.

They approached us and asked if we’d want to use their services. Because of their free assessment of our online presence, we decided to go with them. The information they provided to us in this assessment was very persuasive, and their team clearly understood the specificities of our firm.

We’ve spent less than £10,000 (approximately $14,000 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since April 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

On our client inquiry form, we’ve had many people say they found us through our website. This wealth of new business is a direct result of their work.

How did eSolution Cloud perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been very easy to work with and always available when we need them. We’ve communicated over WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had initially explored working with another web development firm, but they seemed very focused on budget as a project driver. However, eSolution Cloud displayed more passion for their work from the first time we spoke with them. They were clearly interested in delivering high-quality work that would help us achieve our goals.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only way the engagement could have gone better is if we had found them sooner. Then, we would have been able to attract clients through our website from an earlier date.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust their judgment and their research. They know what they’re doing. Hire them as soon as possible so they can help you grow your business.
