What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In Sweden, our SEM volume has increased 15% and cost/conversion has decreased 10% for Q1 on a year over year basis. In Denmark, the volume has increased 20% with only an 8% increase in cost/conversion.
We’ve also gone from lots of manual work creating, scaling, and keeping our account up-to-date, to being more data-driven. We've been able to reprioritize and reallocate resources to areas with higher ROI.
How has Precis Digital performed from a project management standpoint?
One of Precis Digital’s core strengths is that their very customer oriented and flexible in their approach. We get a formalized performance report ever week, and we have a status update meeting once a month. They’re also highly accessible by email and phone for day to day communication.
What do you find most impressive about them?
I am deeply impressed by how data-driven and truly dedicated to being at the forefront of the industry they are. The company is investing impressive time and financial resources in developing their own BI/AI systems for improving their offerings.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I believe our company has been the limiting factor in our partnership, and that we need to gradually improve in order to better facilitate Precis’ expertise.
