We gave them examples of websites and material we liked, along with an understanding of our business and what we wanted the site to achieve, and they took that and developed the overall look, structure and presentation from there. They didn’t need us to dictate every detail. They were able to interpret the direction we were aiming for and turn it into something cohesive and professional.
