Working with Duck Design has been incredibly smooth and easy! Everything is organised on our own Trello board, and managed by our Account Manager Marina. Whenever we have a new task, I post it to Trello, Marina assigns the task to the person/people with the appropriate skills and together they define the deadline to deliver on the project. They always deliver on time and can I ask for as many edits as I'd like, without any extra cost. I love the way they work because it's super streamlined and efficient. As the founder in a small business, I need my team and suppliers to be as easy to work with as possible and Duck Design offers that, while still delivering good quality work.

They’re great. There are two parts to it. One is, they’re very clear in terms of statement of work roles, responsibilities, and deliverables from the beginning of the project. They’re very flexible. The nature of these projects has an element of discovery. They prototype things, and they’ll try them out with customer focus groups. They showed those to us and we give them feedback. They were also good about sharing their suggestions in ways that were creative. They had good control over the timelines and deliverables and were flexible along the way in order to meet my expectations.

Regarding the project for my former company, the loyalty app they created got us from 0% loyalty to an average of 25% in all of our coffee shops. It was a huge success factor in terms of how great the experience was, especially at a time when our competitors were averaging between 12–15% app usage from their customers. The system turned a 40-second conversation into a 5-second interaction, which was an industry first. It was not only exciting for our brand, but for my overall career, and there’s no way I could have done it without ribot. In terms of feedback, the app has 5/5 stars on both Google Play and the App Store, and the customers and industry loved it. From an operational standpoint, we were able to make sure orders were accurate, as well as shorten the amount of time needed to place them. A quarter of people coming to our stores were actually using the app, which is a high statistic for any industry.
