For what projects/services did your company hire SupportYourApp?
We were looking for sustained, high quality customer care services to support our global customer base.
We searched for firms that could meet out needs, and was impressed by the web-site and sales approach form them
Describe the project in detail.
We require 24x7 coverage due to our customer base. Our customer support emails go directly to them, and they open and manage tickets via slack and our help desk platform. They respond as part of our team, and either solve the problem or escalate for help. They have grown beyond the intial role to also helping with data-entry and other misc. projects.
What was the team composition?
We staff anywhere from one to three FTE's.
