We require 24x7 coverage due to our customer base. Our customer support emails go directly to them, and they open and manage tickets via slack and our help desk platform. They respond as part of our team, and either solve the problem or escalate for help. They have grown beyond the intial role to also helping with data-entry and other misc. projects.

We staff anywhere from one to three FTE's.
