Our Story

Orbinto is an India-based operations company. We build the AI and the software ourselves and run the teams that use them, so nothing is handed over a wall between vendor and client. We are deliberately small: the people who design your process are the ones who run it. We are paid for results, not hours. A base fee covers the team, and an outcome fee is billed only for results that meet the definition agreed in the contract.

Against an outcome agreed before we start. Every scope of work names the result we are paid for (for example, a resolved ticket, a qualified lead or a collected EMI), how it is counted, and who verifies it. We baseline your current numbers first, then send a daily report you can check against your own systems. If a result does not meet the definition, we do not bill the outcome fee for it.

First, a call to understand your process, your volumes and what you want to change. Then a written scope with the outcome defined exactly and a price per result. The agreed scope goes live with a daily report. You can add processes, channels or hours later as a written change to the SOW, priced the same way. We reply to new enquiries within one business day.

Your data is processed only on the systems agreed in your contract, is never used to train models for anyone else, and is returned or deleted when we finish. An India-region deployment is available where residency matters. Every account is staffed by background-checked, confidentiality-bound people, the contract gives you a right to audit us, and we share our security documentation under NDA.
