Digihelp AB help companies and organisations with smart digital IT tools to save time and money! I own a data consulting firm, Digihelp, that offers IT consulting services to companies, to help them with digitalization and smart time and money saving IT tools.

Initially we went over all my administrative steps and how much time they took me. We then listed them based on size and selected 3 areas that I started outsourcing to Nordicom. After this we started the cooperation with integration of my systems and information regarding how I want the work to be done. Together we developed a few different standard operating procedures for the administrative tasks Nordicom takes care of for me.

I free up about 1-2 hours each day that I can spend on my highest value tasks like meetings, my core work and business development. Customers and colleagues are very pleased with fast contact responses.

They really took their time to learn about my business, down to the smallest details. Because I have given Nordicom clear instructions on how I want to handle my cases, they can carry them out efficiently. They deliver surprisingly fast help on a daily basis

They offer a very personal and comprehensive service. They do everything methodically and made sure we had a good basis for the collaboration. When we then got started, everything flowed incredibly well.

No, for the service I hired them it worked just as expected.
