Additionally, they reach out to customers to address any inquiries about return labels, sizing details, or product tracking information. They operate directly within our software system.

They've also implemented a chat feature on our website and managed our phone Interactive Voice Recording (IVR) system outside of regular business hours. When team members have faced challenges grasping our service guidelines, Ideasunlimited has stepped in to provide them with additional training.
