SCOPE:
Datum Decipher provided a comprehensive IT and technical back office support, including QA testing, software maintenance, infrastructure monitoring, and system updates. Their responsibilities expanded over time to include end-to-end support for backend stability and compliance across our core platforms.

Team:
Datum Decipher set up a dedicated technical support team comprising QA engineers, infrastructure specialists, and systems analysts who worked together  with our own internal team.

Timeline:
The project went on for about 26 weeks, which was 6 months plus

From day one, Datum Decipher felt less like an external agency and more like an extension of our internal tech team. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We noticed a decrease in post release incidents, and our developers reported that time-to-patch bugs dropped significantly because of the clean, prioritized issue reports from Datum’s team. The infrastructure monitoring dashboards which they added allowed us to pick up subtle performance drops before they became customer complaints.

They also researched and added new source sites and verified the data's accuracy and relevancy. A challenge was determining the validity of sources, whether listing agents were correct, and whether contact information was accurate. We regularly reviewed sources as questions came up from Datum Decipher Analytics Private Limited and ensured we had documentation to provide clarity.
