When it comes to project execution, they’re very on top of it. They’re high-performing. One of the things we look at, especially in the customer support world, is the attrition rates. Their attrition rates have been really low, which is good. They’re retaining a lot of people, so we don’t have to do rehiring and retraining. They’re very quick, responsive, and flexible.
