In order to ensure this change felt on brand, they also worked with us to use custom recordings and custom hold music rather than a robot voice and generic music. This final bit may sound like a minor detail, but for a vintage guitar store with finicky customers who have loads of other places to take their business if desired, it makes all the difference, and IT Goat went above and beyond to ensure these updates to the phones didn't scare customers away. They've set me up with admin permissions on our Microsoft account, so I can quickly take care of simple change myself like a forced password reset for an employee, the initial phases of onboarding/offboarding employees, etc. I previously had to contact our MSP in the UK for this and often wait overnight for an update.

Not only was Jon, the lead on the project, easily reachable at any time (and even went above and beyond to provide his personal cell number), but so was anyone else in the company, including Mike, the CEO. They followed through even if things were on backorder, I was made aware. The projects were complete even if it meant one of their staff stayed and worked through an entire weekend. They can hire more folks like Tyler who is a complete professional. I am impressed by his knowledge and thought twice about writing this as we need him to be our righthand person and don't want everyone to request him.

In order to ensure this change felt on brand, they also worked with us to use custom recordings and custom hold music rather than a robot voice and generic music. This final bit may sound like a minor detail, but for a vintage guitar store with finicky customers who have loads of other places to take their business if desired, it makes all the difference, and IT Goat went above and beyond to ensure these updates to the phones didn't scare customers away. They've set me up with admin permissions on our Microsoft account, so I can quickly take care of simple change myself like a forced password reset for an employee, the initial phases of onboarding/offboarding employees, etc. I previously had to contact our MSP in the UK for this and often wait overnight for an update.

Another feedback I can give is their competency. The people we work with like Jeremy, Aaron (Technical Support Specialist), and Steve (Director of Financial Systems & Services) are competent people. I can give them a layman’s interpretation of the problem and they’ll translate that into a professional diagnosis and corrective action. Their competence is a real five star. What I find most impressive about them is their professionalism because they’re not only skilled, but they’re also courteous and responsive.

It’s truly like a plug and play process; we plug it in, it’s good to go, and we don’t have to do anything. They handle the problem and they fix whatever is needed to be fixed. For example, the software we use to manage our business and claims comes out with periodic updates that NewCloud Networks loads and runs for us. Until they do that, we can’t access the system and they’ve always gotten it done in a timely manner.
