I assign numerous projects, and they continue to deliver them on time and with excellent quality. For example, they've built out a social media workflow, uploaded content to my website and socials, and worked alongside me to create a strategy to see the impact of our social media and newsletter audience. The metrics I use to measure the impact of my social media and newsletter audience growth are an increase in bookings from the right clients and an increase in profitability.
