They were thorough, flexible, and came with ideas and viable solutions for any challenges that arose. Then we met in person on location to do a location scout and go over the key moments that needed to be filmed. I think the thing that I found most impressive was their ability to understand the tone and story of the video that we were producing and bring their own style to the project that elevated what we already had planned. I feel like a lot of times production companies will do things their way but it was great to work with a production company that was able to adapt their style to what matched the story we were telling.

They were responsive, understood what I wanted to say (even if I wasn’t speaking their technical language), and took constructive criticism well. In terms of communication, we had a few in-person meetings but switched to email and phone after that. Kevin also responded on weekends and late nights when I was working strange hours. That meant that he could make site modifications for me when needed. Sometimes, if my change requests didn’t work out, he would change them back and was gracious about it. That’s what made him easy to work with.
