I am the CMO at a Financial Software company named Aurum Solutions. We develop reconciliation software for a wide range of industries.

We hired Unset to do several projects. From video animation to recording employee testimonials, rebranding and now a new website. We currently have an ongoing relationship and several projects happening at the same time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We requested several proposals from different studios in Portugal, the UK, and the Netherlands. Unset wasn't the obvious choice; other agencies had portfolios that were more developed and with more years of experience. But after evaluating the price, the team and the proposals, we decided to choose Unset for the potential, the fair value, and the excellent team/communication skills.

After choosing Unset to work with, the team immediately started with mood boards and inspirations so that we could set the tone right from the beginning. They also requested a list of goals and requirements, which they delivered very spot-on since the first draft. We took the process step by step, ensuring everyone was happy with each part of the video so we wouldn't have to go back and make changes at the end. When we launched, it was a success.

Not only was the team happy, but it was also very well received by our audience, with close to 70k views. After that project, they did several others that went well, from testimonial videos to our rebranding that will come out soon.

I tried to engage with the least amount of people possible to make work easier for both, but I believe, at this stage, we engaged pretty much with the entire team considering the wide range of projects we did together.

Our first video had almost 70k views, being one of our most watched videos ever. Every person we interviewed mentioned the employee testimonials as one of the reasons they wanted to work at Aurum.

The workflow was effortless and natural. The team was constantly communicating with us and aligned between them. The scopes were explicit, and the delivery dates were achieved with consistency.

I think the most impressive and unique thing about Unset is the team. Tiago, Simão, and Nuno, they are all brilliant and talented. Not only that, but they are honest, hard-working, and they feel like part of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Like any other growing studio, they will deal with the pains of their business becoming bigger. But I trust they will manage.

Armazém Criativo has a lot of well succeed projects in the town and my preference in work with them was because i identify myself with the way how they express themselves and expand a message/idea.

To start with, I was interviewed by several members of the team in order to try to understand the idea of ​​the project and what we wanted it to be. Based on what was discussed, various models and examples of identity, of different types and textures, were built, presented and discussed, which allowed us to quickly arrive at what we wanted.

After 2 years since we opened the restaurant, we are sure that the image and identity created and developed were one of the most important pillars in building the brand and helped us a lot to grow and develop.

We had several meetings every week discussing what had been done so far, always adapting and correcting whatever was necessary. The project was delivered in the estimated time.

In our opinion, the job done in the las 6 months was very good, all our doubts and new ideas to implement were well received by them. The overall feedback is great, not just from our company but from our suppliers and clients.
