Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

This was a four-minute documentary about everything that happens to get the Vivint Smart Home Arena ready on the day of a Jazz game. The messaging was for an internal audience to show the hard work of everyone in the arena as well as the upbeat attitudes of the employees. The shoot started at 4 AM and lasted until 11 PM. The documentary included both interviews as well as b-roll. There were always three cameras filming at different areas of the arena and were all following the same style guide.

• Were we able to capture every key moment happening on that day

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Paralux Visuals spoke with me on the phone or over email to discuss the details of the shoot. Then we met in person on location to do a location scout and go over the key moments that needed to be filmed. Then on the shoot day, we were constantly backing up data and had all the footage backed up before we left the arena.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the thing that I found most impressive was their ability to understand the tone and story of the video that we were producing and bring their own style to the project that elevated what we already had planned. I feel like a lot of times production companies will do things their way but it was great to work with a production company that was able to adapt their style to what matched the story we were telling.

The other impressive thing was their ability to come up with a visual style and communicate that with others. We had three different cameras in separate areas throughout the day but because of their great communication, all three cameras filmed following the same visual style and editing was easy because of that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Paralux Visuals could have done differently?

I think the only thing I can think of is that they might have overshot and gotten too much footage. It made editing take a little longer because there was more footage to go through, but there were also many instances where we used footage that was outside of the scope of the original project but ended up matching with how we edited it so it also helped a bit as well.

The deliverables were 60 days of social media video content, a commercial for my website, and a documentary promotional video. Also customer testimonial documentaries. The scope of work was scripting, storyboarding, then filming multiple productions, then coming up with a strategy to deliver all the work on social media.

My experience with Paralux Visuals was that the quality of the video production was the best I've ever experienced. I was very impressed with their unique perspective and creative approach to help my brand stand out amongst others in my industry. My videos look amazing ,and I'll definitely be using them again.

Honestly, I wouldn't have changed anything.
