I’m a cello musician; I play concerts and perform internationally.

What challenge were you trying to address with Spectrum Studios?

I needed to shoot a music video, and the challenge was to make it marketable and engaging according to modern-day standards, aesthetics, and clickability.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Spectrum Studios managed the entire video production, including casting, direction, and art direction. They shot the video in one day at their studio, where they provided the necessary equipment. 

They also handled postproduction services, excluding the audio, since someone else produced the song. Two weeks after the shooting, Spectrum Studios delivered a four-minute video. Additionally, they produced several promotional trailers based on the video.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the owner, who is also the videographer. There was also a director, a video producer, and an assistant photographer on the team.

How did you come to work with Spectrum Studios?

I had worked with the owner before he opened Spectrum Studios. He had already produced other music videos for me; this was the first time we worked together under his company. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invested around $5,000 with Spectrum Studios.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took place in July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The video and promotional trailers Spectrum Studios produced have drawn a lot of traffic to my business. Currently, the video has over 150,000 organic views on my YouTube channel and over a million on Facebook. I've also received thousands of positive comments on my social media, mostly Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Overall, Spectrum Studios delivered a video of the highest quality, according to the highest industry standards.  

How did Spectrum Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Spectrum Studios was extremely professional, creative, and efficient. We communicated through phone calls, text messages, and meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me the most about Spectrum Studios was that they were extremely driven and ambitious. As a small and young company, they had an incredible will to succeed and provide the highest service possible in the industry. Every time I've worked with them, they've been spectacular. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Spectrum Studios to improve. I'm absolutely satisfied with their work.

I'd advise you to trust Spectrum Studios' creative vision.

Production studio Malamoute Production exists on the market for over 10 years. We have been shooting commercials, music videos and presentation films for 8 years. Director and producer in a production studio.

For what projects/services did your company hire Spectrum Studios, and what were your goals?

We asked Spectrum studios for help in organizing the filming process. Rental of cyclorama, studio and filming equipment. The company also provided support in the selection of a camera operator and a gaffer for our project. Our project is 3 short commercials for our client.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for partners on google, wrote to an email. Spectrum studios were the ones who gave us feedback quickly and efficiently. Efficient approach and good communication. So we decided to cooperate.

Preparing for filming, a lot of calls and collective communication. Storyboards, mood boards, communication with the cameraman, gaffer, editor, costumer, make-up artist, artist. 20 hours of filming and post-production. Everything went smoothly and positively. With the utmost professionalism.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Actively communicated with Nick and Pavlo.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We filmed the project just recently in December in the studio and now our commercials are being handed over to the customer. While we can not disclose and translate videos.

Everything was very professional and prompt, with great attention to every detail. There were no trifles in our work; any task, even not serious, was carried out with maximum attention. We used communication in telegram groups, WhatsApp, mail, and google meet.

Ease communication, speed, professionalism and attention to detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I want them to expand, develop and grow.

What challenges were you trying to address with Spectrum Studios?

I needed help with video production.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I worked with Spectrum Studios on video production for four musical clips. The clips lasted between 3–4 minutes each. They were involved in every phase of the project; they invited the actors and crew, found the location, processed the shooting permissions, took care of catering, and more.

What was the team composition?

I worked with 5–20 teammates.

How did you come to work with Spectrum Studios?

They were a referral.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2022, and our last project together was in November 2022.

The last clip we filmed with Spectrum Studios became very popular in Ukraine. It was extensively shared on social media and had about 500,000 views.

I had a good experience regarding deadlines. I really trusted them because I knew they’d delivered what they’d promised. We communicated through phone calls, Zoom, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work was outstanding, especially at musical clips. They were very skilled and experienced. Moreover, they showed great interest in my projects, and I appreciated their patience with me.

I’d like them to grow as a company; I loved their work.

Studio space and post production work. We needed the turn around to be pretty quick. They met those demands on time.

I liked their efficiency and experience.

We booked the space and used them for editing. It was a major project with 9 songs and 9 different outfit changes and background all shot in one day. Essentially like 9 music videos in one day.

Nick was very easy to talk to and extremely communicative around the project. Straight to the point.
