I'm the Digital Marketing Specialist at The Station, I manage all of the marketing aspects related to the station organization.

For what projects/services did your company hire Photonect?

To get Photography and videography services from Photonect covering all of our activities events and workshops, to provide us with professional videos and Photos representing the magnificent work we invested in the events and workshops.

How did you select this vendor?

We have been scouting for a company that can be a great source for all our media production needs, we found out many, but Photonect stands up between them with their professional team and skills.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had several discussions on the agreement between The Station and Photonect, we settled on a very Satisfying SLA in which we find very suitable for us, covering all of our activities at the station focusing on the actual work we do.

What was the team composition?

The CEO in Photonect was the first one who got in contact, he was really helpful and informative, then he introduced us to the team and assigned all of the tasks and the workflows of the whole project, it's still running smoothly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our visualization to the public got much better since the contract was established and the work started, we started to receive professional media to be posted on our social channels, websites, and publications.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was really smooth, we used a few platforms to communicate and transfer the files, quick meetings to get all aligned and all of the problems gets solved in matter of minutes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I like best about Photonect is their cooperative behavior. The swift reply and also they have more than 200 photographers in all of the Iraqi cities, so we can have our projects in any city we want, with the flexibility level we need.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I think we need to start doing a monthly meeting to come up with new ideas and brainstorm more.

I work as a corporate communication and event organizer specialist at Earthlink. My job is organize, coordinate and sponsor all sort of events.

We hired Photonect to execute for us video archiving services for several training sessions and for making a promo to this training sessions as well

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We choose this vendor because of there big reputation national wide and also for there network across the whole country and with affordable and reasonable cost.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started by making a promo video for the sessions and Photonect was a great help and it exceeded our expectations. Then they stayed with us for 13 days to archive the whole sessions.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the officer management and she was a great help through her professional attitude and her eagerness to offer everything she has to gain our trust, and she did.

The promo video created a big hype and the feedback of it was very positive.

The project manager and the CEO himself was on a direct contact with us to follow up with us and deliver us the best outcome that matches our needs.

The project was a success thanks to the team's photographers spread across the country.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have a great network of photographers but not all of them are up to the standards.
