They don't operate like a development shop; they expect that their project manager is allotted a total number of hours for QA and development. During our biggest engagement with them, there were several people taking on project management tasks, which helped keep things moving smoothly. We were able to communicate directly with developers through our management and issue tracking systems, meeting with them through virtual conference calls quite often.

Jackrabbit’s overall expertise, especially in the area we were utilizing them for, was impressive. We found them to be very knowledgeable about app development, dealing with the app stores, understanding some of the processes involved, and understanding how to integrate with other software very well. Additionally, Jackrabbit’s senior part of their staff was very experienced. For what they were charging, other companies would offer people with 5–6 years of experience. However, Jackrabbit offered people with at least 10–15 years of experience. That expertise showed throughout the process.
