Feedback wise I don't think I have found a more dedicated external team before, the timeline was tight by anyones measure and most if not all of our team and theirs worked for 3 weeks straight - including weekends, that is exceptional - as are the results. Their calm approach to what could have easily been an otherwise chaotic project and their dedication to the project went above and beyond at every step (especially over long days and the weekends). Their communication was particularly impressive, this is usually what lets external resource down, but Steve was always on hand and very helpful at all times (day and night).
