Let's Build Beautiful Brands
We’re a brand design and digital company based in Edinburgh and Shetland. We change our clients worlds by creating and developing their brand identities and marketing material across all media.
This includes design for print, packaging, exhibitions/3D, marketing and digital strategies, copywriting, on and off line campaigns, websites, apps, and so on.
We work closely with our clients, providing a personal service and using our knowledge and experience to get results.
Winner of the UK’s Best Large Visitor Attraction title in 2017 and taking the same accolade for the North-East in 2018, Alnwick Garden continues to attract huge crowds from home and overseas with its offering of beautiful gardens, a great range of activities, and outstanding fish and chips. Charity work is also a priority for the venue, with three strands – the Elderberries Programme, Young Gardeners, and The Enterprise – enabling the local community to participate in this aspect of the Garden’s approach. We’ve been delighted to work on website development, user experience and SEO for the Garden and other supporting work.
Stand-out branding and packaging designs for the fantastic Highland Fine Cheeses have been flagship projects for us over recent years, and with the distinctive, individual brands such as Crowdie, Caboc, Strathdon Blue, Highland Brie, Tain Truckle, Morangie Brie and Blue Murder featuring prominently on supermarket shelves around the country, it’s clear to see the positive results. All distinct, all delicious!
We created CoMoUK's first ever public-facing campaign promoting shared transport, which was rolled out across various media in Glasgow, including: bus backs, bus shelters and underground advertising, as well as social media. The concept of the campaign was to raise awareness of shared transport options such as bike share, car clubs and car share, and show how these ways of travel can benefit the user, the city and the environment, with the hope that more people will start using these schemes. Our initial concepts were presented to a series of focus groups, which helped to inform our next stage of development, before the campaign was finally launched.
We created the ‘Scotland’s Out There’ campaign for Ramblers Scotland. The work involved developing a brand identity, key messages and selecting imagery that met the organisation’s objectives. A focus group was arranged to test and inform our approach. We then went on to produce a set of brand guidelines and a social media strategy to launch the brand and engage the target audience.
Edinburgh Women’s Aid provide support and advice to women, children and young people who are experiencing domestic abuse. We’ve refreshed the charity’s brand and marketing approach, led by a distinctive new identity. This features a series of straplines and colourways to be used across the organisation’s suite of materials, which includes leaflets, z-cards, postcards and posters.
Based in Orkney, Aurora Jewellery has been selling unique, handcrafted pieces inspired by the amazing islands’ environment for more than twenty years. It’s been our job to ensure that the brand and the products get in front of the right people and create a lasting impression. Brand development, designs for print materials, website, packaging design, press and online advertising, press and PR work, social media strategy and delivery – all have contributed to Aurora’s increase in sales in the last five years.
Established in 2008, Fringe by the Sea has quickly become a household name. Every August, running in parallel to ‘that’ festival in Edinburgh, North Berwick plays host to a cool, fresh festival experience which continues to attract growing numbers to the seaside town. We’ve supported Fringe by the Sea from day one, creating its branding and delivering the website, promotional literature (including the main brochure) display materials, and outdoor, print and online advertising. It’s all helped to build an event which contributes around £1m to the local economy.
