They're extremely good at project management. From the first couple of weeks, their response has been outstanding. Perpetual is very professional, though they're not unapproachable. We meet them twice a week, they discuss tasks for the next two days, and then they send us a detailed document with everything discussed. They're also really easy to reach. We use Microsoft Teams, and even though Perpetual doesn't use it within their team, they've installed it so that we can ping them anytime to discuss anything.

We use Slack for daily communication and had standups three days each week. On Fridays, we had a demo of how the website was progressing. It was a very well-crafted process. They were also very flexible with the cost of the project even though it took longer than expected. If they had a crystal ball we might have approached the data migration issues differently, but they did the best they could with the unforeseen challenges and were able to overcome them to produce the site we needed.
