I enjoyed working with Matt and Mark because of their responsiveness when answering emails. They promptly answered any of my questions in any format. We used Skype, email, and Zoom to communicate. During our engagement, I was mostly in Beijing, so there was a time difference. In addition, there are several software platforms not acceptable for use in China. Having to switch between software a lot made things difficult. We met online once a week, and they were always accommodating when we had to change times. Because of the time difference, they had to stay up late for me.
