Art Frankly is a platform for the global art world to post jobs, discover opportunities and build on an online professional presence. I am the CEO and founder of Art Frankly.

For what projects/services did your company hire Alto Palo?

Alto Palo oversaw the build and launch of Art Frankly's platform. Alto Palo continues to roll out and release new features for us. Alto Palo consistently monitors and maintains our technologies as well, providing a one stop service that continuously fosters our business.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals are ongoing! We still work and love working with Alto Palo.

How did you select Alto Palo?

Our first meeting was with the founders and they impressed us immediately - not only because of their professionalism, but also, and most importantly, because of their unique understanding of the product we were building and how they could contribute their services to our success. The partners of Alto Palo, Carl and Andrea, perfectly translated my ideas and desires for the business into reality.

We worked closely with Alto Palo to help identify key components for our service including, branding, UX, UI, and some core functionality like job and space postings and profile creation.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Art Frankly has 18,000+ users and 1,500+ institutions worldwide. The platform has fulfilled countless positions and continues to have positive feedback from both users and institutions. We enjoy working with Alto Palo and look forward to every new release.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They continue to meet deadlines we set together and deliver a fantastic product. They helped keep us organized and focused, which is more than I could ask for when launching and running a company!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

To put it simply, working with the founders, Carl and Andrea, was fun, easy and inspiring! They understood my company and my goals for Art Frankly so perfectly, that our communications were flawless. This manifested in the final product and continues to do so. Their executions are quick and confident - AND they were consistently able to identify potential issues that saved me a lot of time and money.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of. Our current working relationship is as good as it was from the moment we started working together.
