Working with Duck Design has been incredibly smooth and easy! Everything is organised on our own Trello board, and managed by our Account Manager Marina. Whenever we have a new task, I post it to Trello, Marina assigns the task to the person/people with the appropriate skills and together they define the deadline to deliver on the project. I love the way they work because it's super streamlined and efficient. As the founder in a small business, I need my team and suppliers to be as easy to work with as possible and Duck Design offers that, while still delivering good quality work.

Everything was on-point. We had detailed notes and timelines that were followed and when adjustments were made to either, we had full agreement and communication was very clear. The creativity was off the charts, but what I liked the best about working with Gumas was their ability to find ways to increase market share through digital marketing. That is a major strength of the agency and they really do a nice job of clearly communicating their strategy.
