They doggedly solved interface issues and politely worked with our non-techie staffer to bring about a smoothly functioning implementation of Barracuda email service protection of all our user accounts. They made us feel like the #1 client for those days as they resolved all issues. Everything was up and running faster than they (and we) expected. Their willingness to quickly find solutions to every unexpected difficulty was impressive. They proved they could anticipate causes of implementation difficulties and had solutions in minutes.
