The team fixes issues immediately, 80% of the time. When they’re available, they address problems within the hour. If they’re off-site at another client’s office, they’ll inform me where they are and get to us as soon as possible. We use email, text messages, and phone calls to communicate with them. Usually, we send them an email, and Verified Technologies puts up a work order and emails that to us. From there, they update us as they work on the problem. I also have Alan and Randy’s cell phone numbers to call them during an emergency.
