WING provided invaluable support to the CEO of LiveWebMedia, allowing him to focus on his core responsibilities without being overwhelmed with administrative tasks. WING developed a suite of virtual assistant (VA) services tailored specifically for LiveWebMedia's needs, from website maintenance and customer support to calendar management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and other day-to-day operations.

The VA team was able to handle the administrative tasks quickly and efficiently, freeing up more of the CEO's precious time so that he could concentrate on developing strategies and managing the company. By using this virtual assistance service, he was able to keep LiveWebMedia running smoothly while still staying on top of all his commitments. WING is a project management platform that can help teams be productive while managing complex projects. It provides tools such as task management, and collaboration to ensure teams stay organized and on track.

WING also provides a simple drag-and-drop interface, users can easily create and organize tasks for their team members, as well as assign them roles and responsibilities. Additionally, WING enables teams to collaborate effectively within their projects by chatting directly within the platform and sharing files quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their hiring process, Think of WING like HR for your company, after a long conversation about your needs, and the companies needs, they will then reach out to and hire the person whom will become part of your organization.

Everything is running smoothly, as stated WING's role is HR for your organization, meaning if you are unhappy with your team or assistant, they will replace them and train them for you.

We have a form on our site that tech startup founders can submit to us, which we receive via email. Our Wing Assistant teammate reviews and inputs all that information into our CRM to ensure the data is complete. If the data isn’t complete, they research to provide the missing data. 

Additionally, Wing Assistant does research for our fund about investors and portfolio managers that might be interesting to us.

Wing Assistant’s work helps increase our efficiency. Their data entry and research enable me to review our deal pipelines consistently and quickly. As a result, one of my colleagues and I have saved many hours every week.

The team is very efficient, delivers on time, and is always flexible and accessible about adjusting to our priorities. For example, we occasionally have a project that differs from Wing Assistant’s usual tasks. Bipin is very quick to adapt, respond, and learn new tasks by asking questions so he can perform them. 

We have continuous contact with Wing Assistant during the day over Slack.

Bipin is highly accessible, approachable, and prompt. He lets me know when he starts his shift every morning and provides updates during the day.

Lay out the expectations and needs clearly. Have step-by-step guidance and documentation for what the task is. If the task is challenging, walk Wing Assistant through it to make sure the team understands it.

Working with the Wing has been allowing us to focus our time on strategic tasks instead of data entry. It's been saving us a lot of valuable time and giving us a lot of brainspace knowing this task was running by itself and always completed timely.
