Saves me so much time! I don't have to answer my phone, return calls, schedule meetings etc. I'm so appreciative of how quick they are to respond to my client callbacks. Great! You provide a detailed script and they stick to it. You can even provide links to your CRM and they will input information which saves time for your team (who then doesn't have to input them manually).
