I think you can set your hours of call service but for my firm I have them answer calls from 9am-5pm and then instructed to turn on my firm's recorded message and voice message.

They have a good team of individuals that answer calls and make outbound calls. All have been friendly - my clients have remembered those that assist them by name and have told me they appreciated how helpful they were.

Saves me so much time! I don't have to answer my phone, return calls, schedule meetings etc. I'm so appreciative of how quick they are to respond to my client callbacks. They also don't make any errors with names or phone numbers - something another company did do which caused me to lose out on potential income.

Great! You provide a detailed script and they stick to it. You can even provide links to your CRM and they will input information which saves time for your team (who then doesn't have to input them manually).

How responsive they are to me and my clients. Great customer service and they provide great trainings! They just launched an insider series where you can learn more about lead generation and intake procedures as well as marketing. They really want their clients to succeed.
