Measurable outcomes are challenging for our project because one of our main objectives was to improve our manager's focus on reporting and create a better work environment where we can freely interact with our team members. From the first day, the team responded to all customer inquiries. This was very beneficial because it allowed other staff to concentrate on expanding the business and improving the product. Throughout our collaboration, our main measure of customer satisfaction (CSat) increased by 30 points, which directly helped our business grow. They performed much better than we had anticipated in this area.
