Measurable outcomes are challenging for our project because one of our main objectives was to improve our manager's focus on reporting and create a better work environment where we can freely interact with our team members. The time saved by hiring a virtual assistant has been a significant advantage for our company.

After we trained them on our product and common customer queries, they provided a team of excellent staff who maintained high quality standards and kept all necessary records up to date.

From the first day, the team responded to all customer inquiries. This was very beneficial because it allowed other staff to concentrate on expanding the business and improving the product. Throughout our collaboration, our main measure of customer satisfaction (CSat) increased by 30 points, which directly helped our business grow. They performed much better than we had anticipated in this area.

They change the terminology and make sure our emails are being sent to the appropriate individuals when I need to update it, such as after a staff change. With regard to their calling services, they record the accurate information and provide it to us. 

The decision of whether a person is qualified for our practice is not made by the receptionists.

The greatest consolation we have during business hours is knowing that someone can take important calls when we can't. If a problem arises with a court or an attorney, the court will contact our practice. We have to drop everything and pick up the phone because they might need to reach us right away. Now, I know that IdeasUnlimited is there to take the call, which is a consolation.
