We communicate via Skype and email; the team is really available when I need any assistance or advice. They work quite well, especially working remotely on big projects. Sometimes when working remotely, it can be a bit of a challenge to get everyone together at the same time, but with the circumstances we are currently in, they have managed to pull through quite nicely on that. I am in South Africa, and Matrix Media is in India, so everything was done remotely. There hasn’t been much of an issue when it comes to language barriers. The team understands me quite well.

I would recommend using the Skype group. If you wait two weeks to check in with the project manager and you don’t like it, then you’re going to be upset. They’re available almost 24/7. Let them do the screen sharing on Skype so you can see what things look like. Most companies won’t let you do that twice a week like they do.

The bottom line is, I get bug fixes usually within 24 hours. If it's something complex, it might be 48 hours, but it's immediate and without excuses of fixing it, with no extra costs. At this point, I trust them. We have the timeframe, whatever the timeframe is – sometimes a month, sometimes six months – but I trust the fact that with AppInventiv, they're just going to fix stuff. If it's broken, they'll fix it.
