I do a lot of my work late at night, and, on the Gravity Junction site, they have a support button that leads me to a form I can fill out 24/7. I’m always updating and changing things, particularly on the legal and signage websites. The form is simple, and it’s rare that they have questions about what I need done. They usually get the fix done within 24 hours. We have a calendar I can go to and set up an appointment. These meetings help us make sure we’re headed in the right direction.
