Every time there was a challenge, they were transparent and kept us informed. There was a point where we were ready to give up and move to a back up mobile app solution, but Lucid pushed through and even flew over a replacement headset from Ukraine to London, and they didn’t charge us for the flight and transportation. Be explicit that you want honesty and transparency; at least if you have that, you can plan accordingly as any issues come up rather than being told what problems there were when the project is done or deadlines aren't met and you're not quite happy.

Virtually Anywhere were wonderful to collaborate with. They were quick to make requested updates that we submitted to them, as well as offer suggestions. The project was stalled a bit, due to a rebrand of our company during the project. As a result, some of the 360-degree photography became outdated, but Virtually Anywhere was able to digitally alter the photography to make it reflect our company's new color palette. They were very flexible with our needs. The flexibility of Virtually Anywhere was the most impressive part. This was our first time doing a project like this, so we moved at a slower pace than we likely should have. But Virtually Anywhere was understanding and helped us through the process and offered alternatives and ideas as we needed them.

There was a communication gap with our prior company but I’ve never felt like that with Gravity Junction. Be clear in your communication. Perhaps we didn’t do so well with our previous company, but the point is, is that it goes both ways. It’s nice that we feel open and free to communicate what we want and don’t want with Gravity Junction.
