What sets them apart is their dedication to the project and availability. Our working hours are different, and they essentially work when we’re asleep. However, I’m still able to reach their iOS engineer at around 2:30 in the afternoon our time, meaning it’s 12:30 at night in their time. He doesn’t have to tell me anything or need to be on Slack, but he’s there.
