I am the CEO of a small business in the beauty industry.

When I started Camellia's Dream, I was looking for a good marketing firm for my brand launch when I found Yokim Marketing. I came in with limited resources, which they worked with. They helped me with my video production, website creation, and branding. They helped me with advertising and helped me understand the analytics and campaigns.

How did you select this vendor?

I was looking for a marketing company in Atlanta and I could not find anything affordable. I had a friend who recommended this company that was willing to work with my budget and they were flexible with making the project work and managed the product very well.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had several meetings over the course of several months while I gathered my thoughts and worked on figuring out exactly what my plan for my brand was. We discussed what my expectations were, my budget and how it varied over the course of the next year.

They made everything very comfortable and easy to understand. They explained all I needed to know about running ad campaigns without going into too much detail to where they lost me. I was paired up with an account manager who was very sweet. We kept in close contact throughout each project. They were very helpful with any changes I needed or made.

What was the team composition?

I met everyone on the team. From the CEO to the graphic designer to speaking with someone on the marketing and analytics teams. It was great meeting everyone and feeling like they were really getting to know me and my brand

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From having absolutely zero organic sales to seeing the first couple of sales within the first 3 months with such a small campaign budget, I was thrilled with the results. I had always been intimidated by running any ads on my own

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated through email, text and phone call. Anytime I called they would answer. Everything was done in a timely manner. I would say very efficient

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think my first thought would be that they became a part of my team, not just some company I hired. They made everything very simple and easy to comprehend. Worked with me thoroughly. Overall, I'm happy with the results, and I'd recommend them.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

The sales results are not as fast as I’d like but I have my fingers crossed for my organic growth since I am a very new brand in a very saturated market

Website creation, social media accounts created and managed, posters for the restaurant. I wanted to boost my sales and gain more customers

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My friend, who uses them for her restaurants, recommended them to me. The prices were good and the plan was customizable to fit what the restaurant needs so I didn't have to pay for anything i didn't want

My biggest problem was finding time to update my social pages. There is a lot of competition here for restaurants. The account representative worked with me on planning future content, campaigns and website creation

I met the account manager, designers, and technology team

The first campaign is in motion so I don't have numbers yet

All of the meetings were in person. Everyone was really helpful in delivering information.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I enjoy my meetings with Diana and Eric who made the process painless

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thought they would answer social media comments, but they don't offer that at all. They do answer Google reviews though
