We had weekly telephone calls during beta testing. Louis was quite accessible and assigned a project manager to us who we communicated with at least a couple times a week during the 6-month testing period. A couple of years ago, NuCitrus established a ticketing system which seems to work very well. We also have their cell numbers, and we always know they are just a phone call away if there is a serious problem.
