The workflow is extremely efficient. Jason, whilst extremely busy, remains extremely flexible and makes himself available for meetings. We have quarterly meetings to go over general business, check performance and discuss how we can improve strategy. Alongside these regularly scheduled meetings, Jason and I will very often have impromptu discussions and meetings about how we should adjust strategy as and when changes to the industry occur. Honestly, not that I can think of. Jason is extremely receptive and accommodating to feedback, it is never an issue if something does need tweaking - which is usually through changes in industry.
