A big success point is being able to deliver on time and communicate changes throughout so that we could manage our customers’ expectations. On that front, I would say we’ve been pretty successful. CINQ is excellent in terms of communication. Any time they're not able to see the deadline, they would let us know. However, whenever we give CINQ a task or project, they dive in, try to understand the requirements, and ask questions. The team makes suggestions if they want to challenge the design or have ideas about how to make something more efficient. These guys definitely go above and beyond, by being thoughtful and proactive in communicating about things like that.
