Our journey with Quontex began at the inception of our Data & Analytics SaaS product, we chose to work with Quontex as they are well known and recommended in the London tech scene. The experts from Quontex, helped us to design, architect and build our MVP as part of their full solution ownership model, which meant we could focus on business activities whilst our technology platform is being built. 

From Quontex leadership and project managers, to the brilliant engineers, we were impressed by their ability to innovate and deliver what we needed with minimal distraction for our business leaders. We were able to take delivery of the platform in time for onboarding our first customers. As our company and needs evolved, Quontex was supportive in transitioning us to an Augmented team model, where we have a hybrid, office based engineering team in Kyiv and Lisbon that continues to grow with us.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Build a daily and weekly stable and reliable ETL logic on the data received from multiple suppliers. The deliverables included an etl application in Scala that supports a standalone run mode and a cluster mode. On the Proof-of-Posting (POP) project, the scope was to develop a mobile application and a web interface linked to a MySQL database to survey and track advertising campaigns on billboards. The application had to be hosted on Azure and to make use Azure functionalities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• For the ETL project: reduce the processing time from 18 hours to 1 hour
• Quontex managed to reduce the time to process the daily data to less than 10 minutes
• For the POP project: deliver a reliable application to handle a large volume of outdoor campaigns per month. 

The application has been running for over 3 years now with 0 issues.

The project management was perfect throughout both projects. Weekly updates, 0 delays, perfect management of the project resources and the project cost.
