I’m the director and founder of Onfarma, a healthcare services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digity?

The team at Digity helped us create an e-commerce website for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed and developed the e-commerce site from scratch. He did everything from designing the logo, working with the overall image of the site, and developing the site. Along with those tasks, they also helped us with our social media platforms and advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Google Shopping.

What is the team composition?

It was one person.

How did you come to work with Digity?

I found him searching on Google. It was important to me to find someone physically close to us, even though we would be working remotely mostly.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started talks in March 2020, and we finished the project that May. We continued our collaboration as they provide us with ongoing support for site updates and improvements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s a very good service. Something we liked was that the image of our site really communicates what we want to communicate as a company.

Along with being a visually simple website, the platform itself is very complex as it holds many different services.

How did Digity perform from a project management standpoint?

Our communications were great. There was also great flexibility.

As it was a brand-new project, some things had to be changed overnight. They were very patient and flexible. We mainly communicated via email and video calls. We also had in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had great communication with them. They also delivered a good design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

For some people, working with a single person can be a downside. But that was something good for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would recommend anyone to work Digity. They’re a very professional company that delivers what they promise.
